Our nonprofit charity is run 100% by volunteers to fulfill our mission of helping the homeless break the cycle of poverty. The Project Hawai'i team will work with you to support you to realize that your contribution of time and effort is a huge success for our homeless keiki.

Positions
This is a year-round position for an individual that is willing to reach out to companies and organizations to create fundraising opportunities through various development techniques including prospecting, targeted follow-up, and new lead generation.
Fundraising tasks would be geared toward any and all of our programs. Duties would include writing letters, making phone calls, follow up with potential donors, and set up collection kokua cans in the community.
Fundraising Committee Chair
We are seeking an individual on the Big Island who is ready to take on a strong role for our signature summer camp event. This position will work closely with Executive Director Magin Patrick, but will need to be a self starter:
Duties will Include and not limited to:

Helping to secure Share Your Talent Guests and Teen Mentoring Workshop volunteers.

Help secure meal donations from local companies or farmers, etc.

Help with Fundraising efforts, setting up collections and writing letters, etc.

Help coordinate volunteers.
